Xenotix Tech · Careers

Join a team where “Tech debt”, “edge cases” are normal time topics.

If you’re a student / fresher who loves saying “code push kar diya” more than “assignment submit kar diya” – Xenotix might be your place. We’re building a product-first, engineering-heavy culture where juniors ship real features, not just slide decks.

For whom?

B.Tech / BCA / MCA students & freshers who think in components, not chapters.

What you get

Direct mentorship, PR reviews, and real shipped projects on your resume.

Daily vibe

Conversations around tech debt, edge cases, and fixing conflicts — not just marks and exams.

What it feels like to work at Xenotix

Humari meetings mein “kitne marks milenge” nahi chalta – instead you’ll hear things like “is flow ka happy path kya hai?”, “yahan failure state handle nahi kiya”, “is PR ka diff calmly dekhte hain”. You’ll slowly switch from tutorial-level thinking to systems-level thinking.

Daily phrases you’ll pick up:

  • · “Yeh edge case miss ho gaya, let’s cover it properly.”
  • · “Yahan hardcode mat karo, kal requirements change ho jayengi.”
  • · “Is PR mein thoda Tech debt clean kar dete hain.”
  • · “Git conflict aa raha hai, calmly resolve karte hain.”

Mentorship from serious engineers (not ‘just do it somehow’ people)

You work directly with engineers who’ve shipped real systems and come from places like IITs, NITs and top product backgrounds. They review your PRs, question your choices and help you think like an engineer, not just a coder.

Pure tech environment – yahan actual product waali baat hoti hai

Everyday lingo is “yeh edge case miss ho gaya”, “yeh Tech debt reduce karna hai”, “hardcode mat karo”, “yahan conflict aa raha hai”, “is flow ka UX weak hai”. You’ll start thinking in these terms unconsciously.

Real-world work > dummy assignments

You touch live codebases, see analytics, handle user issues, and ship features that real users touch. No fake tasks, no ‘copy this YouTube tutorial’ energy.

Portfolio that actually stands out

By the end, you’ll have ship-ready projects, meaningful GitHub history, and stories you can talk about in interviews: incidents you handled, edge cases you fixed, performance wins you drove.

Open roles (for students & freshers)

These are hands-on roles – expect PR reviews, debugging sessions, and a lot of “why did you choose this approach?” questions.
